StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Santa Monica offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Ashley has been a part of the StretchLab team since 2022 and is happy to assist and encourage you in meeting your stretch goals.

    I’m Angel Drago an athlete, I Started in Taekwondo at 3 years old. It’s been now 22 years being involved with martial arts, I’m currently a 2nd Dan black belt, 4x gold medalist state champion in fighting and it’s been one year I’ve taken bodybuilding seriously and placed 1st in my first show in 3 divisions and 3rd place in my second show in one division for bodybuilding competitions. I’m qualified for national shows, and my current goal it to be an IFBB Bikini PRO.

    Lauren is a former college athlete turned international professional stunt performer for live action performances and tv/film/commercial productions for 10+ years. Her education in body work began while performing in China, where she regularly partook in holistic treatments such as thai stretch, massage, cupping, scraping, and needling. Parallel to her stunt career, Lauren continued to grow her expertise in body work by gaining 240hrs of certified yoga teacher training and studying anatomy and personal training.

    Lexi is a fitness professional with dual degrees in Health Sciences and Dance from Chapman University. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor, Lexi has been a valuable member of the StretchLab team since 2020. When she's not at the studio, Lexi can be found hiking, rock climbing, and working as a tour manager at concerts and music festivals. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian, Lexi's diverse background and unwavering passion make her a dynamic and inspiring fitness expert, empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live healthier lives.

    I’m Bree a personal trainer. I’m specialized in : - Corrective exercises - Performance enhancement - Fitness Nutrition - Senior fitness specialization I’m studying for master training right now. My hobby is paddle boarding and I love reading books. Stretches or Lengthening Techniques are important parts of corrective exercises. You cannot fix any movement impairment without applying these techniques. This is one reason why I love stretching. ( and there is a lot more reason….)
