Garni Barkhoudarian, MD, FAANS, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurosurgeon with a focus on minimally invasive neurosurgery. His expertise is in pituitary and parasellar tumors, brain tumors, skull base tumors, intra-ventricular brain tumors, colloid cysts, trigeminal neuralgia, hemifacial spasm & other vascular compression syndromes. He practices at Providence Hospitals Saint John's Health Center Santa Monica, & Little Company of Mary Torrance, CA. For virtually all tumors & intracranial procedures, he applies the keyhole concept of minimizing collateral damage to the brain using advanced neuroimaging & neuro-navigation techniques along with endoscopy to improve targeting & lesion visualization. Dr. Barkhoudarian co-leads the Pacific Pituitary Disorders Center, & oversees the Clinical Neurosurgical Fellowship. He is Director of Pacific Adult Hydrocephalus Center, Pacific Facial Pain Center and the Microdissection Anatomy Laboratory. He is Chief of the Radiosurgery Program.
